Nothing is worse than the person who sits in their home or office on the computer all day complaining about life, while someone outside of their home or office, has no home, has no office, barely has meals, but is at peace with life. Our contradictions as human beings is what keeps this world balanced, however balance is what stops us from evolving.-J.Ransom
Where we stand in this world is based on perception, we struggle not to succumb limitations. Limitations learned by society and created by us.-J.Ransom
Emasculating males in the household causes a searching for masculinity outside of the household, which can cause hyper-masculinity, and can lead to other things that is detrimental to the male and the community.#myopinion
The taken away of a positive male influence for any male begins the emasculation process. -J.Ransom

You got to wonder sometimes. Those who embrace songs to down males or females, do not realize it is another form of separation, another agenda to cripple communities and unions. Gay, straight, no matter the sexual preference, any means to separate people is a form of taken away power, we argue and never try to empower. Women emasculate men and try to kill male egos for power, while men disrespect women, these same influences filter down into kids, which causes the cycle and lack of empowerment to continue. N***** and B******* need to catch on. #myopinion #myview#kanyestreamofconsciousnessday
We’ve lost the #mathematics trying to find #answers in words that are repeated.
Do we downplay ourselves as human beings with hopes to ascend higher? Do we create not understanding that the act of creating is one of the most divine actions in this life that we partake? Are we allowing labels to limit us? The answer in my opinion yes. We limit ourselves. It is much more than any restrictions created by religions or other labels. The universe is merely the perception we create and the energy we put forth. Often we take this for granted. Often we do not know our own power or responsibility, instead we find excuses and reasons to blame others. -J.Ransom
To be honest I tried to avoid really doing a blog, just because I already do so much but at this time in my life, I guess with so many thoughts, poetry, songs, music and video just is not enough. The blog is entitled thoughts of an artist because well truth be told that is what this is. I am not promising some profound blog or a certain length of post nor certain amounts. I am not promising anything but my thoughts.
Living in a world where to call yourself a genius is narcissism, calling yourself God puts people in an uproar and people fight for materialism while others starve is enough to question. I feel like it is beyond that. We do not fully express how we feel because we are afraid of what other people think, we seldom say what we think because we are more scrutinized than encouraged. The world is constant pressure. As an artist is my job to express that in any way or form I can.
But yet as an artist in another society, we deal with people bringing the pressures of the outside world into the outer world via business and just wanting to exploit and capitalize off of the art. Funny, hasn't anyone realized that this is the issue with the world already, this completely taints the purity of art.
